A gift through your will is an easy and impactful way to support the San Antonio Botanical Garden. Here is the legal language to share with your attorney to make a gift in your will or living trust.

“I give, devise, and bequeath to the San Antonio Botanical Garden, located at 555 Funston Place, San Antonio, TX, 78209 (the sum of $_______) or (____% of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real and personal) for its general charitable purposes.”
- Sample Language for a Residuary Bequest
“I give, devise bequeath, [all, or ___percent of] the rest, residue, and remainder of the property, both real and personal, wherever situated, which I may own or be entitled to at my death, to the San Antonio Botanical Garden for its general charitable purposes.”
