About Classes and Programs

Adult Classes Refunds and Cancellation Policies
- Payment is due at the time of registration. You are not registered until payment is made in full.
- Classes will be canceled if they do not meet the minimum registered enrollment.
- If the Botanical Garden must cancel a class, you will be notified via email or phone and receive a full refund.
- Refunds will be issued when you cancel five business days prior to the start of class. No refunds will be made after that date.
- Refunds are not issued for missed classes after the class start date.
- Classes will occur rain or shine.
Culinary Classes Refunds and Cancellation Policies
- Payment is due at the time of registration. You are not registered until payment is made in full. Culinary programs will be held indoors during cold or wet weather.
- Important to note that each Culinary class has a different cutoff time. These allows instructors to obtain materials and avoid waste.
- Classes will be canceled if they do not meet the minimum registered enrollment based on the cutoff times.
- If the Botanical Garden must cancel a class, you will be notified via email or phone and receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made more than five business days prior to the start date of the class will be issued a credit for another Culinary class, if space is available.
- Refunds are not issued for missed classes after the class start date.
Kids Classes Refunds and Cancellation Policies
- Registration is available in person, by phone, or website. Walks-ins will not be admitted.
- Deadline for registering for a class is five business days prior to the class.
- Payment is due at time of registration. You are not registered until payment is made in full.
- Payment can be made with cash, check, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS.
- Classes will be canceled if they do not meet the minimum registered enrollment by five business days prior to the class.
- Refunds will not be issued. Cancellations five business days prior to the start of class will be issued a credit for another session, if space is available.
- Refunds are not issued for missed classes.
- If the Botanical Garden must cancel a class, you will be notified by email or phone and receive a full refund.
Little Sprouts Program Refunds and Cancellation Policies
- Registration closes Friday before class.
- Payment is due at the time of registration. You are not registered until payment is made in full.
- Classes will be canceled if they do not meet the minimum registered enrollment by three business days prior to the class.
- Refunds will not be issued. Cancellations five business days prior to the start of class will be issued a credit for another Little Sprouts session, if space is available.
- Refunds are not issued for missed classes.
- If the Botanical Garden must cancel a class, you will be notified by email or phone and receive a full refund.
Summer Camps Refunds and Cancellation Policies
- Camp registration will close when camp is full or 72 hours prior to the camp.
- Payment is due at the time of registration. You are not registered until payment is made in full.
- Classes will be canceled if they do not meet the minimum registered enrollment by seven days prior to the class.
- Refunds are not issued for missed days.
- If the Botanical Garden must cancel a camp session, you will be notified by email or phone and receive a full refund
- Refunds will be issued up to ten days prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be made after that date.
- Substitutions can be made for children of the same age for any camp session before the start of a camp session.
- Rescheduling to another camp is permitted if space is available.
- Proration is not available as instructors and staff plan a full week of camp, including supply costs, for each student registered.
