Adult Classes and Activities

No matter your interests, the San Antonio Botanical Garden is sure to offer a class that intrigues you. Bring out your artistic side with classes in photography or botanical soap making. Within the gardening offerings, you can learn how to design a landscape that supports wildlife or conserves water. Imagine doing yoga surrounded by the beauty of nature. And with the classes available in the culinary track, enjoy a make-your-own-pizza night for the whole family, or impress your friends by learning to make your own jelly and wine.

CPE Courses: A portion of the adult classes offered by the San Antonio Botanical Garden provide Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits. Opportunities vary throughout the year — please see the calendar for specific classes that qualify.

Culinary Classes

The Zachry Foundation Culinary Garden and CHEF Teaching Kitchen offers a garden-to-table experience that deepens the connections between gardening, plant-based cooking, and cuisines from around the world.
