Join Michael Eason, Associate Director of Conservation and Collections for this series of workshops where guests will learn about the flora of two Texas ecoregions: East Texas and Coastal Texas. Each workshop will cover the intriguing common and rare native and adapted plants of the region. Come ready to learn curious tidbits on pollination biology, etymology, seed dispersal, and the biogeography of the plants of each ecoregion. Class may include an outdoor learning portion, please dress accordingly.
