Have you ever wondered about the art of fermentation? How does it work? How DOES it do that?! Come and join the Brewmasters from local award-winning brewery Wild Barley to learn about yeast’s magical powers, sample beers, and make biscuits and sausage gravy with garden herbs. This lecture-based class in our Visiting Chef series will have both your brain and your belly pleasantly satisfied by one of earth’s most important fungi – yeast!
