Take My Broth Away: Broths and Soups
Sunday, January 8 | 2 – 3:30 p.m.
Move over canned soup, there’s a new soup in town! In this class you will learn how to brew delicious and healthy golden liquids that are sure to warm up the hearts of anyone this season! As the great Beethoven once said, “Only the pure in heart can make good soup.” So come join the pure of heart to learn how to make broths and soups!
Fee: $40 ($36 member). Registration deadline is Thursday, January 5 at 10 p.m.
