Enjoy the Garden while experiencing Nia with two International Nia Trainers. Adelle Brewer and Joanie Brooks will lead you in a fun-filled movement experience to begin your day, no experience required! A powerful fusion of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness practices, Nia is a holistic movement & wellness practice addressing every aspect of your life – body, mind, and soul. Designed for everyBODY, there is no experience necessary. Bring your smile, open heart and come dressed to move, explore and create what your body needs! In partnership with The Synergy Studio Community.
Fee: $20 ($18 member); Registration deadline is time of class.

Leading trainings all over the world, Adelle and Joanie are passionate Nia Trainers who believe in the power of movement for health and wellness. They both teach Nia, Yoga and Tai Chi, as well as train others in breathwork. Located here in San Antonio, they call The Synergy Studio their home.
