Make & Take: BBQ Grilling Party for Four
Thursday, April 8 | 6 – 7:30 p.m.
Have one of your family members join us in our outdoor teaching kitchen as Chef Katrina Flores teaches you how to create a scrumptious BBQ meal for your family. Learn to make grilled chicken kabobs with chipotle-honey BBQ sauce, grilled potato salad with fresh herbs and grilled banana with coconut caramel sauce. At the end of this class, you’ll go home with instructions on how to reheat your BBQ feast for four. Contact kflores@sabot.org with questions.
Fee: $79 ($71.10 member) per person or couple. Registration deadline is Wednesday, April 7 at 10 a.m.
