Homeschool Day: Plants in Everyday Life
Wednesday, January 20 | 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Come grow with us! School aged children will explore the fascinating world of plants with hands-on learning activities at the Botanical Garden’s Student Homeschool Day. During this program, explore plants that are used for everything from clothing to medicine to food. Thirty-minute Ethnobotany Tours available 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30 a.m. Activity stations exploring the versatility of plants in our daily lives available from 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. Homeschool and virtual learners are welcome. Designed for students aged 6-12.
