Culinary Passport: Brazil

We’re starting our culinary class calendar year with a protein lover’s dream – Passport: Brazil! With the beautiful culinary garden as our backdrop, you will learn how to make these muito deliciosos recipes including Feijoada (black bean stew), Pasteis (Brazilian Empanadas), and of course Churrasco (Brazilian BBQ) with three different sauces. For dessert we’ll have brigadeiros – chocolate caramel candies with nuts. It may very well be winter in San Antonio, but you will feel the warmth of sunny Brazilian ambiance at this culinary class.
