Creative Cocktails: Prickly Pear Margaritas

Tuna isn’t just a fish—it’s what the fruit of the prickly pear is called, and it’s delicious and mega magenta in color. To celebrate the season of Tunas, we are going to learn how to make vivid and refreshing Prickly Pear Margaritas. We’ll also enjoy fish tacos and borracho beans. Learn the secrets of those pink tequila drinks and some of the other uses of the ubiquitous prickly paddled plant we know and love. On hot nights, class will be held indoors. Ages 21+.
Instructors: Garden Culinary Team
Fee: $45 ($40 member). Registration ends Monday, August 19th at 6:30 pm.
