In this class, we’ll be talking about the ancient Indian practice of the Ayurvedic diet to learn recipes to help us keep our bodies cool for summer. In conjunction with the cooling, garden relevant recipes, we’ll take a dosha quiz (dosha is what defines your physical, mental and emotional makeup and how one can best eat) and partake in a light yoga session and meditation to beat the heat. Bring your mat! Ages 16+
